Effective from 4 October 2026. These Terms and Conditions of Use (TCU) govern access to and use of the websites konexauto.com, konexauto.fr and konexauto.eu, published by KONEXAUTO. Purchases are governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

1. Access to the website

The website is accessible free of charge to any user with internet access. The user is responsible for any connection and equipment costs. KONEXAUTO may suspend or restrict access to the website, in particular for maintenance or updates, without prior notice or compensation.

2. Customer account

A customer account must be created in order to place an order or track orders. The user must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. They are responsible for the confidentiality of their login details and for any activity carried out via their account. In the event of unauthorised use, they must notify KONEXAUTO immediately at [email protected]. The user may request the deletion of their account at any time by writing to the same address. KONEXAUTO may suspend or delete an account in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions or fraud.

3. Use of the website

The user undertakes to use the website fairly and in accordance with the law. The following are specifically prohibited: any attempt at unauthorised access, intrusion or disruption to the proper functioning of the website; automated extraction or mass copying of the catalogue, prices or data (using bots or scraping); identity theft or the provision of false information; any fraudulent order or unauthorised use of payment methods.

4. Product information

Product descriptions, part numbers and compatibility details are compiled with care, largely based on the TecDoc (TecAlliance) catalogue. They are provided for guidance only: before placing any order, the user must check the compatibility of the part with their vehicle, in particular using the original part number or the VIN.

5. Intellectual Property

Content specific to KONEXAUTO accessible on the website, in particular its trade name, logo, text, photographs, graphic elements and commercial content, is protected by the applicable provisions relating to intellectual property. Any reproduction or reuse without the authorisation of the relevant rights holder is prohibited.

The web application, its software architecture, its source code and the software components created by COLORISHA for its operation remain the property of COLORISHA, which holds the corresponding intellectual property rights. KONEXAUTO has the right to use the solution, the terms of which are governed by its contractual relationship with COLORISHA.

Third-party software and components, as well as trademarks, names, data and content belonging to manufacturers, equipment suppliers or other third parties, remain subject to the rights of their respective owners and to the applicable licences.

6. Liability

KONEXAUTO makes every effort to ensure the availability and security of the website, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. It shall not be held liable in the event of force majeure, internet network failure or use of the website that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions of Use. Links to external websites are provided for information purposes only. KONEXAUTO is not responsible for their content.

7. Personal Data and Cookies

The processing of personal data and the use of cookies are described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Amendments to the Terms of Use

KONEXAUTO may amend these Terms of Use at any time. The applicable version is the one available online at the time the website is used.

9. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or enforcement shall fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts in accordance with the relevant legal provisions.
